On June 30, 2025, the Ordinary General Meeting of the Company approved the financial statements for the fiscal year from January 1, 2024, to December 31, 2024, together with the Management Board’s report on the Company’s operations for that period. The Meeting also granted discharge to all Members of the Supervisory Board and the Management Board for the performance of their duties and adopted a resolution on the coverage of the financial loss.
