On 19 December 2025, the Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company resolved to issue Series E registered ordinary shares. The final number of Series E shares subscribed for under the issuance amounted to 3,810,878 shares, as a result of which the Company’s share capital was increased to the current amount of PLN 2,446,741.50.
The increase of the share capital and the consolidated text of the Company’s Articles of Association were registered in the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register on 12 January 2026.
