On June 27, 2024, the Ordinary General Meeting of the Company approved the financial statements for the period from August 1, 2022, to December 31, 2023, along with the Management Board’s report on the Company’s activities for the same period. The Meeting also granted discharge to the Members of the Supervisory Board and the Management Board for the performance of their duties and adopted a resolution on the coverage of the financial loss.
The Company’s financial statements have been duly submitted to the Financial Documents Repository.
During the Meeting, Mr. Maciej Kolon was appointed to the Supervisory Board, replacing Professor Anna Czyż. As of June 28, 2024, the Supervisory Board consists of the following members: Mr. Piotr Kamiński, Mr. Maciej Kolon, and Mr. Krzysztof Zbarski.
