On the 21st of April 2026, the Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company resolved to issue 740,741 registered ordinary series F shares. As a result of the increase in the Company’s share capital, the Company’s share capital was increased to the current amount of PLN 2,520,815.60. The increase in the share capital and the new consolidated text of the Company’s Articles of Association were registered in the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register on 15 May 2026.
